Assane Badji is a professional dancer, choreographer, drummer and fire-eater from Guinea, Africa. He has traveled to many countries including Japan, Spain and Portugal as a dance director of Ballet Bougarabour before coming to the Hudson Valley. Assane lives in New Paltz and is available to teach classes, giver performance and conduct workshops. His drum and dance ensemble, Melody Africa, is a popular musical troupe well known to audiences in New York and beyond.
