BreathWork with Adam Bradley
Breathwork is a technique of guided, conscious, intentional breathing patterns designed to promote positive and cathartic changes in a person's mental, emotional, and even physical states. It is a dynamic involvement of the breath where altered states of being may be experienced, and mental or emotional blockage may be realized, even released. Adam has been practicing this art himself for 15 years and trained via the Inner Arts Institute in Boston in 2012. In addition to the traditional method of facilitating a session, at the client’s request, essential oils and/or music may be used to further enhance the experience.
