“I have scoliosis, a sensitive nervous system and have been involved in numerous accidents, some that disabled me for years. I’ve tried all sorts of things and been to all kinds of physical therapists, traditional and non-traditional, and the most consistently useful and helpful thing I’ve done has been to work privately with Ami. Not only am I much more comfortable and functional, I also have a set of tools that I can use to help myself when I need it.” –K.M.
“Ami is a gifted healer and her approach is to help others learn how to take actions to improve their own health. In one Yoga Therapy session for my very painful hip bursitis, Ami taught me a series of yoga poses and stretches that to this day, several year later, continues to greatly minimize the pain and allow for greater range of motion. By following Ami’s Ayurvedic advice, I also found relief from long-standing digestive issues. I highly recommend her sessions!“ –C.C.
“My back surgery only reduced the frequency of my sciatic pain. At the recommendation of my physical therapist, I decided to give yoga a chance. My friends suggested Ami and they were right. I had some serious doubts about this, but I was proven wrong. Ami’s straightforward approach to daily stretching for only 15 minutes not only stopped my pain, but also gives me extra energy.” –K.W.
“When I met with Ami for my initial consultation, I was in rough shape - physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Ami listened attentively, asked astute questions, and held a space of non-judgment and compassion. She identified my doshas, explained their imbalances, and then suggested a series of concrete, therapeutic methods I could use to rebalance my doshas. I am happy to say that I feel better, more nourished, and very grounded. What you will find in Ami is a dedicated ayurvedic practitioner who is passionate about helping her clients regain and restore their energy and spirits. I am deeply blessed to have worked with her.” –S.

Her attentive one on one instruction is facilitating ease of strength and flexibility to adjust my posture, control of breathing, and regain positive flow of energy. Now I can stand and breathe.” –R.M.
