Holly uses different modalities of movement (postural/structural) while engaged in dialogue to tap into and release innermost feeling and emotions in a healthy and conscious way. Holly specializes in working work with neurodivergent and special needs children and young adults.

About: Holly is an innovative and intuitive Integrative Somatic Structural Bodyworker.
Her perceptive work revolves around creatively combining an academic and anatomical/movement based skill set of Bodywork including: MSI, Trigger Point, CranioSacral, Ayurveda, Advanced Anatomy with Science (Chemistry/Biology), and Neuroscience. Her movement Trainings include Internal Martial Arts, Qi-gong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Continuum Movement, PhysioSynthesis. Mindful and Insight Meditation and Kuatsu (Traditional Oriental Trauma Treatment and Energy Cultivation) to understand how the body holds and releases sensory information and trauma. She is passionate and committed to educating and finding the tools that each individual needs to succeed in discharging trauma and balancing energy (physical, emotional and mental).
Holly has found that the deep, embodied philosophical principles upon which her trainings are based, have a deeply transformative and lasting impact on letting go of trauma, building self-esteem and confidence, awareness and calmness. Holly currently lives in France and is available for online sessions.
